Warranty law

The warranty law regulates how defective goods are handled.

• A buyer has the right to receive goods free of defects and a proper service. If this is not the case, you may be entitled to a warranty.

• With the guarantee in Austria the buyer can choose between the exchange and the improvement of the defect.

• If an exchange or an improvement of the defect is not possible or can only be managed with great effort, then a price reduction or conversion (reversal) can take place. In this case, too, the buyer can choose.

• The consumer always has a right to a warranty vis-à-vis the sales contract partner. This does not always have to be the manufacturer.

• The warranty right is valid for 2 years from the date of delivery. If a defect occurs in the first six months, the burden of proof about the defect lies in the hands of the manufacturer. From the seventh month onwards, the burden of proof of the defect lies in the hands of the buyer.

The right of withdrawal regulates how a return request is dealt with.

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us

by means of a clear declaration of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we have to repay all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You have the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract to us or to (this may include the name and address of the person authorized by you to receive the goods to be inserted) to be returned or handed over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods and are asked to keep the delivery receipt. If possible, the goods should be returned to the seller in their original packaging with all accessories. If the original packaging is no longer in the buyer's possession, another suitable packaging should be used in order to ensure adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for damages due to damage resulting from inadequate packaging. Returns and taking back only unworn and unused items.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

EXCLUSION OR EARLY EXPIRATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts - for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
