PayPal ensures the security of your payment information. Your credit card details will not be sent to sellers. In the case of bank transfers, we guarantee that your data will only be encrypted and will not be cached anywhere.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME

The time it takes to prepare an item for shipping varies from item to item. As a rule, we hand over your order to our shipping service provider, the Austrian Post, after a maximum of 7 working days.

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import charges that may apply. Sellers are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Please note that for hygienic reasons we exclude certain items from the right of return. Personalized items cannot be returned either. This is different if the products were defective or damaged on delivery.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

If you would like an individual adaptation of an article (for example the length of a chain or a bracelet), we ask you to inform us directly with your order. If you would like an individual custom-made item or personalization of a piece of jewelry, please contact us before ordering so that we can get an idea of your ideas and we can discuss the implementation of your order together.

INFORMATION ON SIZES

Most of our items are made in one size. You can find the respective size in the item description. If you would like an individual size adjustment, we ask you to inform us directly with your order.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

We only use high-quality materials for the production of our jewelry and gifts. Nevertheless, it cannot be ruled out that, in the course of time, due to the most varied of environmental influences, the pieces of jewelery may become slightly discolored and the yarn / wool, etc., may become worn.

So that you can enjoy your piece of jewelry for as long as possible, we recommend that you take off necklaces, bracelets, earrings and rings while showering, bathing and exercising. Also avoid direct contact with chemicals and personal care products.

NATURAL MATERIALS

We mainly use natural materials for our jewelry and gift ideas. It should therefore be noted that natural materials such as shells, pearls and stones can differ in their properties (color, shape, size, weight). Of course, we take great pains to only use the most beautiful raw materials and to come as close as possible to the jewelry in the pictures.
